Group Worship/Satsang

Revitalizing the Self with Positive Energy of Group Worships

We organize many group worships/satsangs across different chapters. Each form of group worship has been established under the guidance of our Guru, Pujya Shri Mathioli Saraswathy.
Likhit Satyanarayan Puja
In this age of technology, the art of writing is becoming very rare. We gather once a month for this unique worship, on a Sunday (usually the 3rd) morning at 10:30 AM. Worship starts with a “Likhit Japa” where devotees write their own chosen mantra of Lord Narayana or their ishta devata (beloved deity) for forty-five minutes in silence. This is followed by the chanting of Shri Vishnu Sahasranam. Puja ends with the distribution of Prasad. We offer a new shirt to Lord Narayana as vastram and it is later donated to homeless shelter. We have been conducting this group worship since October 2010 and have donated 115 shirts as of June 2017.
Come and join us, and let’s write a prem bhakti patra to the Lord!

Sri Lalitha Sahasranama Chanting
Sri Lalitha Sahasranam is chanted in a satsang/group worship environment on the 2nd Friday of every month.
Devotees gather to chant the verses in praise of the Devi in front of the “padam” of our Guru.
The chanting begins at 7:00 PM and is followed by certain shlokas in honor of our Guru. Special “naivedyam” referred to in the Sri Lalitha Sahasranam are offered in the conclusion of the worship and distributed as prasad. Devotees may bring flowers.
